In the shower, wet the Body Bar and move in small, circular motions to buff away roughness and smooth skin. Avoid use on face. Rinse and pat dry.

Apply the Body Oil to the hands or directly onto the skin, and smooth in until well absorbed. Use it all over the body from the neck down.

To maximize moisture and hydration, use immediately after MUTHA Body Oil. Use the Body Butter twice daily, all over your body from the neck down.
