I struggled with infertility for years, finally I ignored all the traditional advice. Instead I placed my trust into science and IVF, which resulted into my miracle twins!

I think as a motherhood community we desperately need more transparency. We need to drop the perfect mom act that social media conditions us to display. Rather we should show our vulnerabilities, our imperfect mom moments, our tough days and lean on each other for genuine support.

HOW DO YOU LIKE TO MUTHA YOURSELF AND ENSURE YOU STILL HAVE SOME 'ME' TIME?

I sneak away to my favorite Korean Spa in downtown LA. If that’s not doable I use the calm app, I find just 10 minutes of mediation can perform miracles in motherhood.
