Shame on mom-shamers. Experienced their wrath?Share your story.

I was told in a grocery store I needed to put a sweater on my child because she was cold. If I had put a sweater on, she would have been screaming because she hated the sweater. And with a sweater on, I would have been shamed for having a screaming child. You can never win.

If any line of work needs inspo, it's motherhood. What type of mothers inspire you?

Mothers who don’t make an excuse when they show up with their children.

Sometimes we're all BAD MUTHAs (as we should be). When did you go against traditional advice?

Screen time when I am exhausted.

Being kind. Even the mothers who aren’t doing what you would do.

Better worlds start with better moms. How can the motherhood community improve?

Being kind. Even the mothers who aren’t doing what you would do.

How do you like to MUTHA yourself and ensure you still have some 'me' time?

It is imperative to have a break; and have some me time. If you aren’t happy your children won’t be happy. Schedule someone to take over and help even if you think you don’t need it, and remember there is always someone who is having an on day when you are having an off day!
