THE ROUTINE

Before showering, dry brush in firm upward strokes or circular motions. Start on the left side, at the feet, and move up the body. Always brush towards the heart.

In the shower, wet the Body Bar and move in small, circular motions to buff away roughness and smooth skin. Avoid use on face. Rinse and pat dry

Starting with dry or damp hands, apply the Body Scrub generously to wet or dry skin. Gently rub in small circular motions, focusing on rough, patchy areas. Rinse off with warm water.

After showering, moisturize with the Body Butter, using it all over your body from the neck down.

Swipe the Deodorant onto clean, dry underarms. Reapply before physical activity, and as needed for a refresh throughout the day.
